Hi, my name is Christina. I ordered a bunch of ‘Polar Wear’ a few weeks ago and I got it all in the mail yesterday but one of the things I ordered doesn’t fit well. I’m still going to keep it but, I wanted to see if I could order another one in a larger size. The problem is, for some reason I can’t get on the web site. So, I wanted to see if there was any other way I could get my ‘Polar Wear’. The Long Beach Auxiliary Police Department does not run or organize this event. We do participate by operating our own booth and provide traffic/pedestrian control on behalf of its operation. Please contact the Long Beach Historical Society for any questions and/or application to their event.

It was a great event. It was an honor to march with our brave veterans, wonderful members of our public safety services and our wonderful children.

This year, we were able to have our fine looking bicycle patrol and our new fleet of vehicles in the parade too.

As we marched, a lot of positive comments and proud looks were given. A lot of what we do happens quietly, professionally and with little fanfare. The community was certainly reminded that they have a great asset- a volunteer service- in their Auxiliary Police Department!
